Select a Booth:
Click View Floorplan and choose a booth on the tab above. Available spaces appear as:
Double-click a booth to view pricing. Click Add to Cart to reserve it, then close the pop-up and select Next on the menu bar.
*Note: please continue to click Next to get to the checkout page.
Sponsorship & Promotions:
Click a sponsorship category to explore options. To reserve one, click Add to Cart. When finished, click Next to proceed to the Booth Application & Contract.
Complete the Booth Application:
Fill in all required fields, check I’m not a robot, and click Next.
Review & Checkout:
Click Place Order.
Confirmation:
You’ll receive an email with your invoice (paid or balance due), along with your username and password to access your Exhibitor Portal. There, you can upload your company description and other details for the mobile app.
To ensure that exhibitors are promoting products and services that align with ObesityWeek® with evidence-based obesity science, all first-time exhibitors or those introducing new products must submit the New Exhibitor Approval Form.

Note: New exhibitors cannot be assigned booth space until approval has been granted by the exhibitor review committee.
Sponsorship and Marketing Opportunities can be reviewed and ordered directly through this portal. For Elite Level Sponsorships or value-add packages with a discount, contact Stephanie Garcia to create a custom package.

TriStar is the required agency through which TOS exhibitors and non-exhibiting industry supporters must book airport and all out-of-home opportunities. No other vendor may be used.
